Application Process / Match

The following criteria have been established to help us select applicants for interviews:

Minimum Requirements:

• ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System) application

• Graduate of an accredited medical school

• Certification by ECFMG if a graduate of a foreign medical school

• Passing score on USMLE 1 or COMLEX 1. Passing scores on USMLE 2 and
CSA or COMLEX 2 required before applicant is ranked or offered a position

• Applicant must meet licensing requirements in the state of Massachusetts

• Three or more letters of reference

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• Six to twelve months of U.S. experience

• Willingness for those needing a visa to accept J-1 Visa

• Medical school graduation within 10 years

• Spanish speaking helpful
